Acro Blue has created its in-house process that has been continually improved upon using our ISO 9001-2015 certification. Acro Blue maintains strict compliance with all client screening requirements and uses a proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed by Acro, that is specific for commercial and light industrial candidates, which allows for the creation of candidate pools that are ‘on the ready’ when required.

Safety Management - We care for our workers
Every Acro Blue team member remains focused on providing our temporary workers a safe working environment. This begins by ensuring that we are hiring team members who thoroughly understand OSHA safety requirements as well as staying abreast of all OSHA safety requirements.
Acro's Corporate Safety Manager ensures that the Acro Blue teams have the most current OSHA information, escalation plans and appropriate support resources.
Acro Blue also conducts Safety Studies at each client site, providing immediate recommendations for improvements. Reviewing a clients’ safety policies and practices are part of every employee’s onboarding.
Worker Engagement
Acro Blue truly engages with every single worker throughout their tenure. Customized engagement practices are employed across each program ensuring that turnover rates remain low. These practices include an extensive high touch program of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual engagements to strengthen relationships and inspire our workers.
Acro Blue’s Employee Relations (ER) team function as a key point of contact for workers with questions about payroll, benefits, performance reviews and more. This provides the highest level of support especially for those clients not located near an Acro Blue branch.
Onsite Management

As a workforce solutions provider for high volume customer locations, Acro Blue provides a dedicated resource working as an extension of your human resources department to sit on location at your facility to manage your workforce needs.
Acro Blue embeds its full-service branch office team at client locations, to support large workforce needs, and provides its Pop-Up Mobile branch office. This ensures that its human resources team is always ‘on the ready’ to be deployed into a job market resulting in immediate sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Technology
Acro Blue engages its proprietary technology XRM System, that provides enterprise-wide reporting, order management and its XRM Time Clock as needed.
Recruiting
Acro Blue's onsite model ensures that its team is involved in forecasting discussions for ongoing recruiting using localized strategies and seasonal support from its remote and onsite recruiting teams.
