Retaining employees, so turnover rates remains at the lowest levels, requires a systemic culture of respect for the individual. Acro Blue's teams do this by:
CONNECT-4 Program: This is an extensive high touch program of daily, weekly, monthly and annual engagement (e.g., gamification, mentorships, rewards) to strengthen relationships and inspire our workers to support clients.
Employee Relations (ER) Team: Servicing clients when not onsite requires a key point of contact for workers with questions about payroll, benefits, performance reviews and more. This provides the highest level of support especially for those clients not in close proximity to an Acro Blue branch.
